What is home? We know it is more then the structure of the building. Home is that feeling you get and we describe it as blissful.
Home is about people, lifestyle, creating memories, and community. Our passion is making the home selling, buying or investing process hassle-free, efficient, and FUN! You will find that we aren’t salespeople; instead we are partners in the process to help and advise you on making real estate decisions. Our goal is to dazzle you with creative problem-solving, quality service, advanced technology, communication, and caring. Experience the blissful while we handle the rest.
We are a local real estate company. We focus on Dane County and the homes and lifestyle that makes our county a desirable and blissful place to live. We can’t even count the number of times people have said that they researched the best place to live and that is how they relocated to Madison, WI. Mission: To see the community thrive to allow everyone to find their happy place. To help and guide others to sell, buy, and invest in real estate allowing them to create Blissful Homes and therefore creating community in the South Central WI area.
Our blog will focus on real estate issues while keeping it fun and exploring the many lifestyles and neighborhoods in our town.
Growing up on a small family farm in Waushara County exposed Jenny Persha to one of her greatest loves, nature. After high school, she attended Beloit College focusing her studies on political science and environmental studies. Jenny relocated to Madison and worked in property management, which prompted her to get a real estate broker’s license. Jenny Persha jumped into residential real estate sales in 2006. After 9.5 years with KW she branched out on her own. Blissful Homes was founded in 2015 with Jenny as the broker owner.
